I bought a system recently, but it is not showing on my app... why?
When something new is purchased, please close the app and reopen it. The new purchase will now be available.
The Annual Membership Includes everything on the site.
The Monthly Membership does not include the systems; although, these can be bought at a discounted rate as a monthly member.
Will I be charged any fees for downloading the app?
No! You are not charged simply by downloading the app.
You are free to navigate and explore to get a feel of the content within, and you are also able to watch any preview videos that are available.
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there are no refunds for partially unused membership periods.
